Checklists - Release 2.1.8 Notes

Platform release 2.1.8 went live on the 21st of January 2025. This release added the ability to bulk update Jobs and the first building blocks of our new Checklists functionality.

New Features
Bulk Update Jobs: Update multiple jobs simultaneously for improved efficiency.
Start Route / End Route Checklists: Added to the Admin Panel to enhance route management.
Run Proof Checklist: Simplifies verification processes for routes.
Improvements
Client Colour Field: Added a "colour" field for clients, ensuring jobs inherit the assigned colour for better organisation.
Capacity Support: Enhanced to include decimal precision, allowing more accurate load planning.
Bug Fixes
Fixed an issue where job colours were ignored when uploading Excel files using the new client creation template.
Resolved background optimisation failures, ensuring smooth re-optimisation processes.
Addressed a bug in the "Copy to Pool" feature where attachments were not included.
Fixed Start/End Route Checklist bugs for seamless route execution.
Corrected display of booked tags in the Admin Panel.
Resolved subsequent job notification issues in Events & Actions, ensuring all fields populate correctly.
Fixed a display issue where dragged job modals were not shown on the map during job movement.
Corrected empty opening time fields during bulk driver updates.
Fixed an issue with route colours not saving correctly during the routing stage.
Resolved a visual glitch where scrolling the Drivers Panel caused unnecessary black space above the page header.
Addressed a problem in the Scenario Calendar where selected scenarios weren’t properly set as active in Live Overview.
