    You can use Tarot Routing as long as your company is responsible for planning the driver’s routes. If your delivery partner plans the routes, they would need to use Tarot, and you will have an account that can view all delivery information in real time.
  • How do I get my data into and out of Tarot Routing?
    You can import and export data using Excel/CSV files or our documented REST API. Custom integrations are available for Enterprise customers upon request, and all data formats & communication protocols are available.
  • Can’t I just plan routes in Google Maps?
    While Google Maps can plan basic routes for small fleets, Tarot Routing offers advanced optimisation features, real time tracking, and comprehensive delivery management, providing a more efficient and scalable solution.
  • What optimisation constraints can Tarot Routing consider?
    Tarot Routing considers various optimisation constraints including time windows, vehicle capacity, driver shifts, delivery zones, pickup and delivery, driver breaks, and priority jobs.     Yes, Tarot allows planners to schedule pick up of returns, AND drivers to create spot-returns. In both cases, Tarot records proof of the pickup and the return to the depot of the item.
